"If you want to eat in a place whose dishes you'll crave for a whole year, go to Transumanza in Cagliari. The food is of the highest quality, congratulations to the chef for the pairings. I particularly highly recommend the pumpkin flan and the goat braised, two dishes that are nothing short of perfect. There are also various gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Matteo: I asked to prepare a nice table for my anniversary and was accommodated without problems, with flowers, candles and sparkling wine. Hands down one of my favorite restaurants, try it, you won't regret it!!"
